We’ve installed a new, convenient drive-thru window for our customers at Hettler Insurance Agency, 4432 S Loop 289, Lubbock, Texas. For you, and our staff, this new safety feature makes everyone safer since it limits physical contact. Less contact is the current advice of health professionals. We want to keep everyone safe amid public health concerns in this “covid-season”.

Just drive in, pull forward, and our staff will take care of you while you stay in the safety of your own vehicle. Any payments, paperwork, ID cards, signatures, requests, or physical items pass safely through a metal slide-out drawer instead of hand-to-hand. So, you get more convenience and more safety, all at the same time.

The new drive-thru window is similar to a commercial bank teller window. So, pull up to the metal slide-out drawer, then push the red button, or call (806) 798-7800 with your mobile phone. Don’t worry, there’s a sign there that tells you exactly what to do.

Location

Our new drive-thru window is located on the East side of the Hettler Insurance Agency office building. The drive-thru lane is clearly marked with yellow pavement paint. And, signs are being installed in order to mark this area even more clearly. We are located inside South Loop 289, here in Lubbock, Texas, so our East side (drive-thru side) will be the first part of our building that you will see as you are driving.
